Begin your journey in Cape Town and travel to Oudtshoorn, traveling on the R62 Wine Route, dubbed the world’s longest Wine Route. See beautiful Vineyards along the way and also go through the Little Karoo Region. In Oudtshoorn you will proceed to explore the fascinating Cango Caves, famous for their impressive limestone formations. On day 2, visit Botlierskop Game Reserve for an exciting wildlife safari, where you can encounter the Big Five in their natural habitat. Botlierskop Game Reserve is home to a rich variety of wildlife. As you traverse the rugged terrain in an open 4x4 vehicle, you'll have the opportunity to spot lions, elephants, rhinos, and more in their natural habitats. The reserve also boasts breathtaking views, lush vegetation, and meandering rivers, making the safari not just about wildlife but also about immersing yourself in the stunning natural beauty of the region.
