All the authentic Mexican dishes are made to order with fresh and spicy ingredients and two black boards display the various specials which change regularly – a few of their regular specials being their mouth watering Mai Tai (or yellow tail depending on availability) fish and Chimichangas (basically a tortilla stuffed with spring onions, garlic, rice, corn, peas and a filling of your choice, closed up, covered in cheese and placed under the grill. This is served with cream cheese, salsa and guacamole! Just delicious!!)
Other very popular items on the menu include nachos, spicy chicken wings, Tacos, Enchiladas, Fajitas, deep fried Chilli Poppers and Tocino Poppers (Jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and grilled then served with homemade chips and pepperdews!)
The specialities at Chilli Bean Cantina restaurant are their Grande Mexican Beef Burger served with spicy homemade potato chips and their Cajun spiced line fish with chilli butter on red onion and vine ripened tomato salsa.
